You can set a limit on the number of emails a contact receives in a given time period. This overall limit can be left blank or a high limit set if the further settings below are being used.
You can set how many emails of a given type a contact receives.
For example, you send a series of marketing campaigns but also send emergency maintenance emails. Set the overall limit to a high number (or leave blank) and do the same for 'Maintenance' emails. Set small numbers against the marketing campaign types.
Once changed, click Recalculate Recipients

These settings control the Lead item view and how deduplication is completed. Choose whether you can see a Timer against a lead and if this can be paused.
An important setting here is 'Invalidate Lead emails already in Gold-Vision'. If your existing customers or prospects could be added to your Lead Management area (from attending an event or being included in a purchased list), checking this box will stop them getting your Lead campaigns entirely where the contact email address matches. This is useful where your messaging differs between existing or prospects customers and Leads.
Review the status of Lead import deduplicaiton jobs, re-queue and hold if required.
See the guide for more information about Lead Management.
