Creating a Document from a Template

 

Click on the Word icon and select a Template from the list

 

 

Select from Create as options

 

 

Create Note (you may be prompted to to top ups) and Save NOT ticked - the Document opens directly in the current window plus a new tab with the Note opens.

 

 

If Save not selected the Document will open (depending on the browser settings this will open either in the same window or a new window.

 

If Save selected you have the following options


Download a Copy
This option will download a COPY on to the users own machine. Select Save As to save the document as required.
Open Windows Explorer
(If Open/Edit is unavailable copy the link in Windows Explorer to open the document.)

If you have ticked Create Note you may be prompted to allow the note pop up window

Opening a Saved Document

Select Documents from the Overview page or Details menu, click the document and select Download a Copy ((Please note - the copy the link to Open in Windows Explorer will not work in Safari.
