Touch Points

Customer behavior is changing; many purchasers are making key decisions based on information from your website, marketing campaigns, or from social sources before they contact you directly.

Touch Points are an entirely new Gold-Vision area that allows you to identify this activity. Touch Points allow you to focus on those interaction you have defined as important, and scoring brings it to your attention.

Touch Point functionality is available in core Gold-Vision, with optional tools to fully automate the process.

Identify customer and prospect website visits.
Generate business leads directly from your website.

The seamless integration with web tracking tools such as Lead Forensics or OnMonitoring mean that visitors to your website appear directly in Gold-Vision and are even linked to your existing customers, accounts, prospects, and leads. There's even an option to automatically generate new sales leads if the visitor is previously unknown.

If you would like to identify your B2B website visitors, Touch Points can be combined with Web Visitor Tracking tools such as Lead Forensics and OnMonitoring. Using IP Tracking, both solutions integrate with Gold-Vision, allowing you to score visits using Touch Points. For more information, and to register for a trial with either provider, visit the Web Visitor Tracking page. If you would prefer us to initially register your interest with Lead Forensics and/or OnMonitoring on your behalf initially, please let us know.

Track Social Conversations.

Businesses communicate socially as well as through more traditional means. It's important to understand the conversations that are occurring socially. Which of your prospects are communicating with you through Twitter and how many customers write on your organisation's Facebook page? Gold-Vision can import and display your social conversations directly into the Touch Point view. You can integrate social messaging with your campaigns.

Touch Point and Lead Scoring.
Identify your hottest leads and prospects.

Scores can be applied to notable Touch Point events such as visiting your pricing page or re-tweeting your message. Scores are then summed together and used to identify the hottest leads in your database. And since Gold-Vision enables you to manage customers, prospects, and leads all in the same system - scoring is not just useful for leads but also to identify your most active existing customers and prospects too.

Charts, History, and Fading Scores

As with most Gold-Vision lists, users can run powerful reports and dashboards directly out of the product. The Touch Point history chart shows how the score has changed over time and informs users how your organisation interacts socially, via the web, and through email marketing. Touch Point and Lead scores can be configured to fade or decay over time to help identify the most recent high-scoring leads, customers, or prospects.

All-New Campaigns

Gold-Vision campaigns have been redesigned from the ground up to provide a powerful and flexible marketing experience that incorporates both outbound cross-channel media and inbound social messages.

Campaign Sources. A re-usable list of recipients.

Campaign sources are a new item that is available to both Gold-Vision and Gold-Tracker users. Sources allow for recipient lists to be filtered, added, or excluded to build a re-usable list. Sources can be used for both Gold-Vision contacts and lead management recipients.

Once created, campaign sources can be re-used independently or combined with other sources to create outbound marketing lists. You can even use a source as an exclusion rule to control recipient lists from almost any source across the entire CRM system.

Scroll through thousands of recipients.

Managing large lists of recipients is facilitated by the new 'infinite' scrolling system. Lists of campaign recipients can be reviewed simply by scrolling down. When you reach the bottom of the list, Gold-Vision will automatically load more.

Campaign Manager. Inbound, outbound, multi-channel,
and follow-ups all in one place.

The new management interface for campaigns allows users to create and manage multiple 'stages'. Campaign stages represent either outbound marketing runs or social message broadcasts that will produce inbound responses.

The campaign manager view has a powerful follow-up system that facilitates follow-ups and multi-channel media. The follow-up rule engine allows users to tweak the recipients how how they responded or which media type works best for them.

Follow-ups and multi-channel marketing made easy.

The simple three-step follow-up rules wizard makes filtering your existing recipient list by their response to your initial contact, their media validity, or a particular aspect of their relationship easy. For example, you may wish to follow up positive responses to your email marketing by phone to your key customers and perhaps via a further email to your partners.

Social Messages and Inbound Marketing.

Social messages can be simultaneously broadcast directly from Gold-Vision to Facebook and Twitter. This allows users to keep track of social messages in context of an entire campaign. Links are shortened and tracked. Response Touch Points are automatically linked to the campaign to provide a view of success.

Direct Links to Gold-Vision Connect.

Campaign stages sent to Gold-Vision Connect have direct links to preview or edit the email. It's now much quicker and easier to understand exactly what was sent to a recipient directly from the campaign management view.

Marketing Automation

Marketing Automation is an optional module that allows the new campaigns and touch point areas to response automatically based on pre-set criteria. Emails can be sent automatically on a schedule, sales calls can be automated, and alerts can be raised based on touch point scores.

Marketing Automation is increasingly available in the marketplace, but usually in specialist solutions outside your CRM. The significant advantage that Gold-Vision offers is the unparalleled degree of integration with you core CRM data, allowing better refinement of the marketing conversation.

Automated Email Marketing

Automated email marketing templates can be created and integrated with the campaign management screen. Emails can be configured to be sent on a schedule or based on timed events. The automated sending process links with the campaign follow-up system to allow for automated responses to be sent. For example, if a recipient clicks a particular link a relevant follow-up email can be sent a week later.

Sales Automation and Account Management

Telephone activities and lead management call-backs can be created automatically through Marketing Automation. Account management calls can be scheduled based on events in the CRM system and call-backs can be created as a response to positive activity to a previous campaign stage. For example, it is possible to automate follow-up calls to positive email responses or where sales opportunities have been identified.

Raise alerts and automate process from Touch Point activity.

Gold-Vision's alerting and workflow system has been extended to work with touch points. It is possible to create alerts that fire when a particular touch point score is reached. For example, alert the account manager when a prospect's score raises over a particular value.

More Changes

Gold-Vision's account and contact level security system has been pushed down to opportunities and projects.

Opportunity and Project Security.

Gold-Vision's account and contact level security system has been pushed down to opportunities and projects. Security can be applied at a user or team level to allow for private opportunities and projects to be worked on by different teams under the same account.

Lead Management Improvements.

Numerous lead management improvements have been implemented. Leads can now be linked together to help flag duplicates and colleagues that are related to the current record. Leads can be given an automatic lead-score based on touch point activity and related touch points are shown directly against the lead record. Call-backs are also now available against the user 'to do' list.

New lead lists can now be created. Leads can also be assigned individually to another user or team, allowing a marketing manager to review leads and assign them on-the-go.

Pin favorite lists to your home page.

Favorite lists can now be pinned to home page dashboards allowing new and existing dashboards to be enhanced with list data combined with drill-able charts.

Re-use recent searches with a couple of clicks.

Gold-Vision remembers recent searches to allow you to remember and use a recent list filter again quickly.

A new side menu links similar lists together.

A new list-based menu has been added to the sales, campaign, and event/seminar areas. The menu appears to the left side of the screen and ties similar lists together, making them quicker and easier to access. The menu also aids familiarity of more complex system areas.
